Shipping policy

At our discretion we may use a number of shipping partners to fulfill your order. These partners are chosen for various reasons by Stook Garment Company and we reserve the right to use various shipping partners at our discretion for any given order. Our intent is always to provide the best delivery service to the customer, and all shipping decisions by Stook Garment Company are made under this pretense. 

The shipping process is not a guarantee, and although Stook will do our best to ensure your shipment is on time and in undamaged condition, from time to time we do experience delays or damages. We apologize for any delays and will do our best to correct these issues with future orders. For packages damaged in shipping please contact info@stook.ca.
