Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy from when you receive your item to request a return. At this time we are NOT able to provide free shipping on returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if there were any. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@stook.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and your purchase price will be refunded in full once we receive the item(s) in satisfactory condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We are happy to do an exchange in the event of a wrong size or the item wasn't your favorite. You can exchange in person in Calgary, at a market we're attending, or by mail. Unfortunately we do not cover the shipping costs to send your item back to us, but will cover the shipping to get your new item to you. Email us to initiate an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
